This ‘Leading Hotel of the World’ basks in the same kind of critical acclaim in the luxury hotel industry as its parent company enjoys in the upmarket culinary field. Not only is its laid-back mood just as good a fit for families as it is for couples, but its two-mile beach ranks amongst the Caribbean’s finest.

Drawing inspiration from flavour profiles of the world CuisinArt Golf Resort and Spa offers a true gastronomic journey. The Executive Chef and his culinary team have combined their talents to create menus maximising the best of their global experience while including local flavours and the freshest of ingredients from the Hydroponic Farm.

Le Bistro at Santorini is Anguilla’s only AAA Four Diamond restaurant, and features a new concept and menu this season. Offering fresh, classic cuisine with a modern twist, using local products infused with Mediterranean flavours. Delectable options include Steak Tartare prepared tableside, grilled whole snapper, and “A La Plancha” specialties, to name a few. Our sommeliers recommend just the right pairings from our wine cellar to round out the perfect evening.

As Anguilla's first authentic Japanese restaurant, Tokyo Bay offers outstanding options such as sushi, sashimi, and teppanyaki. True Japanese cuisine relies primarily on fresh local food, and with the bountiful harvest of seafood, prime meats, and vegetables from our Hydroponic Farm, a gastronomic journey awaits you. Selections are prepared in a manner that respects tradition with a modern, alluring twist, always allowing the food to be the star. With a stellar setting offering captivating 360-degree views of the sea, St. Maarten, and Anguilla.

In the evening, Italia beckons, with the delectable cuisine of Chef Massimo Seletti who has created a menu true to his heritage. Traditional Italian specialties prepared with the passion he is known for include mouthwatering pastas and his famous tiramisú - a gastronomic feast awaits you.

CuisinArt Golf Club offers an outstanding Caribbean golf experience where sand, wind and water blend seamlessly with Anguilla's natural environment to present a golfer's paradise.

The $50 Million Greg Norman signature designed champion course offers breathtaking views of the island and sea, dramatic elevation changes, spectacular water features and challenging holes.

In planning the course, significant environmental efforts were undertaken to preserve and to enhance the island's natural habitats. Most significant was the renewal of Merrywing Salt Pond, an island landmark. Featured predominantly in the course, the pond's water has been reinvigorated, giving rebirth to its natural organisms. New flushing channels permit seawater to flow out of the pond during high tide.

Unique for a Resort and the first of its kind in the Caribbean, the Hydroponic Farm is an important component to CuisinArt and serves as the basis for all the culinary inspirations. Hydroponics saves water through the use of recirculation systems and drip irrigation; it recycles the drainage from the greenhouse to feed the outdoor landscape plants. This 18,000 square-foot greenhouse was engineered to withstand winds up to 110 mph, and the crops can be grown all season, regardless of outside weather conditions. The farm contains two lettuce ponds and a bato bucket system for vine crops like tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and eggplant. A-frames are used for herbs and lettuce, maximizing the number of plants in an area. Raised beds contain herbs, lettuce and peppers, and plant towers are used for bok choy and herbs. As well as ensuring the freshest ingredients are used in the eateries at the resort the farm offers tours for guests so they can see their dinner grow.
